Regino Cruz was born in Lisbon, in 1954. A graduate in Architecture (1978) and postgraduate in Urban and Regional Planning (1980) from the Santa Ursula University in Rio de Janeiro, he started his studies at the Higher School of Fine Arts in Lisbon.
He founded REGINO CRUZ - Arquitectos e Consultores (Architects and Consultants) in 1990, being the architect in charge of that company since then.
He has executed and coordinated more than a hundred and fifty projects in Portugal and Brazil, for institutional buildings, sports and tourist complexes, housing developments and urban restructuring.
